The Virtual Care Program is an innovation sponsored by Holy Cross Hospital- but not limited to our staff or facility-as a commitment to global community-based care.
Click on the subtabs under Virtual Meetings at the top to see our new calendar of CME sessions and how to participate in online CME meetings.
We have added specialty pages, so if you are looking for the neurology call coverage calendar click to the neurosciences page.
Andrew Barbash, MD (clinical director of neurosciences )…abarbash@gmail.com and Albert Ferreira (virtual care project manager)..albertf@gmail.com can assist with setup, support and organizing group sessions.
To learn more about Virtual Care as a new model of collaboration, and how we are achieving this, or to get real time support and view demos of the hospital’s program in action, visit the home page of NowDox… a community established to promote and support the vision of virtual care.
JOINING A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION ROOM AS AN INVITED GUEST?…The green arrow below will connect to a page listing Virtual Consultation Rooms that enable visitors to drop in as a guest. This is for secure live video chat and virtual consultation meetings. We also provide support for group video conferences for collaborative case discussions, team meetings, and presentations that apply to clinical care. HELP screens are provided if this is your first time using virtual care services.

Sounds like a good idea. As a primary care PA, Holycross Healthcare, it frequently help to be able to ask a couple of questions, even to be answered in a couple of days, about the best course or test. This would help save our precious few face-to-face specialty slots.
